<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting reduction of line balance loss, that can obtain an appropriate conveyor belt length for improving line balance efficiency and work distribution to each worker. SOLUTION: A line balance efficiency calculating part 31, a line balance loss manhour calculating part 32, a line balance loss amount calculating part 33 and a number-of-loss-machines calculating part 34 are allowed to evaluate line balance, and a work distribution calculating part 35 and a conveyor length calculating part 36 are allowed to calculate the redistribution of each work item for respective workers and an appropriate conveyor length to redistribute the each work item and carry out the appropriate conveyor length. Thus line balance efficiency, line balance loss manhours, a line balance loss amount and the number of loss machines are improved.</p> |
