PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an on-site assembling time increased by re-assembling and installing parts of each of a plurality of dissolved and transported in a voltage substation into a transformer in a clean house. SOLUTION: Transformer contents 10 such as an iron core 6, a winding 7 and internal parts are assembled in a tank 9 inside a clean house 12, the tank 9 is covered with an upper tank to complete a transformer body 11 as a first bank, the transformer body 11 is mounted on the surface of a base at a mounting position 2B through an opening of the clean house, and then assembling operations similar to the transformer body as the first bank are carried out over a transformer body as a second bank within the clean house 12. In this way, the clean house is repeatedly used, and thus an on-site assembling time of dissolved and transported transformers is reduced.
