PURPOSE: A microencapsulation using porous dextrin as an inner matrix and a preparation method thereof are provided to prepare a high strength capsule by crosslinking formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde with amino group of the colloid to harden the capsule after forming a capsule by coating a water soluble colloid on the dextrin. CONSTITUTION: The microencapsulation using porous dextrin as an inner matrix is characterized in that coating film of the porous dextrin is reinforced in an oil based solution using a film coating agent along with microspheres formed by coacervation as a hardener, wherein the porous dextrin is a dextrin selected from potato dextrin, sweet potato dextrin and corn dextrin, the oil based solution is an oil selected from bean oil, corn oil and perilla oil, the film coating agent is gelatin, arabia gum, methylvinylether/maleic anhydride copolymer, albumin, casein, alginic acid, polyacrylic acid, polyethylene imine, ethylene/maleic acid copolymer, methyl vinylether/maleic anhydride copolymer, or styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer, and the hardener is formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde.
