PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound effect adding device which can speed up the switching of a program when a plurality of sound effects are added and can eliminate the limit of steps of a processing routine. SOLUTION: DSPs 1a and 1b have an instruction RAM 2b with a main routine including a program controlling the input and output of a musical sound signal by using three successive sampling times and sound effect addition routines stored therein, and the main routine has a function of distributing the input signal stored last to selected sound effect addition routines, gathering and storing effect addition signals outputted from those sound effect addition routines so that they are read out next time, and changing the external output destinations of the stored signals. |
