PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method of notifying the presence when a counterpart who desires to meet with each other is close in a state of being capable of meeting actually. SOLUTION: A base station device 5 registers own station telephone number data of mobile telephone numbers 6a, 6b, 6c located within a service range 5a; and encounter desiring telephone number data for the mobile telephone set's specifying the mobile telephone set of a counterpart who desires a communication. A base station device 5 performs a matching process a plurality number of times at a predetermined time interval, and notifies the telephone number data of the counterpart to the paired mobile telephone sets that matchings have succeeded in all the matching processes.
