PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control panel cooling unit which is improved in cooling efficiency without increasing a cooler in scale and power consumption and prevented from affecting the environment. SOLUTION: A control panel cooling unit is designed so as to exhaust heat released from heating units such as a power supply 5, an NC controller 6, a transformer 7 and the like arranged in a nearly closed case 2. A cooling duct 10 with vent holes 10b and 10c is provided in the case 2, a heat dissipating fan 12 is disposed inside the duct 10, and heat lanes 15, 16, and 17 charged with operating fluid are inserted and arranged so as to connect their ends 15a, 16a, and 17a to the heating units 5, 6, and 7 and to position the other ends 15b, 16b, and 17b inside the cooling duct 10.
