PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a moving method suitable for a building by easily comparing an actual arrangement drawing with a drawing of assumed arrangement by the moving method when the moving method for the building is executed. SOLUTION: When a site 6 and a building 7 constructed in the site 6 are moved to a site 10 for movement by buying the site for road improvement construction, two actual arrangement drawings 1 of the site 7, building 7 and site 10 for movement are generated and assumed arrangement drawings 2a and 2b of transparent sheets showing the arrangement of the building 7 assumed by rotational movement and parallel movement by a towing method are generated; and the assumed arrangement drawing 2a is put over the actual arrangement drawing 1 and the assumed arrangement drawing 2b is put over the actual arrangement drawing 1. Then the actual arrangement drawing 1 and assumed arrangement drawing 2a, and actual arrangement drawing 1 and assumed arrangement drawing 2b are compared with each other.
