The thickness of the inner electrode 15, where the inner electrodes do not come closest to each other is larger than the thickness of the inner electrode in the section 16, where the inner electrodes come closest to each other. It is desirable that the thickness of the second inner electrode layer 13 be exactly equal to the thickness of the first inner electrode layer 12, and it is desirable that it be stacked on the section 15, where the inner electrodes do not come closest to each other.
