PURPOSE: A memoryless cold deformation plastic material manufactured by drawing is provided to produce wire or tape bent and twisted for binding articles, a hollow tube folded for packing and a supporting thin rod by drawing the semi-crystalline or crystalline thermoplastic intermediate below the melting point for removing elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A semi-crystalline or crystalline thermoplastic intermediate is drawn at the temperature below the melting point, and a memoryless cold deformation wire or tape is formed by removing elasticity. The object including the memoryless cold deformation wire or tape is packed, and both ends of the memoryless cold deformation wire or tape are contacted and twisted. The wire or tape is bent and twisted for binding the article, and the hollow tube is folded for packing. A thin rod for supporting is used as the stem of artificial flower by manufacturing the memoryless cold deformation plastic material below the melting point for removing elasticity.
