PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of an LED light-emitting body which stabilizes the total amount of phosphor-containing resin for converting light emitted color, is integrated with an LED element, and eliminates large increase in man-hours for that, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This light-emitting diode uses the LED element constituted by filling a groove, formed from the side where there is no light emission layer, with resin containing a phosphor. The resin is used as a die-bonding agent. The manufacturing method for the structure is disclosed. |
