PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance availability of sales promotion information by enabling a consumer to obtain the sales promotion information, as though it were a game. SOLUTION: When a consumer accesses a server to request character acquisition from a portable terminal (S201 and S251), a coupon acquisition image is transmitted the portable terminal (S252 and S202), and the consumer acquires a desired coupon, according to the coupon acquisition image and transmits the information of the desired coupon to a server device (S203, S204 and S253). The acquired coupon is registered in a customer database, where other points acquired in each different field, in such a manner that the consumer purchases merchandise are stored (S254). A basic character is generated according to the total of acquired points (S256), the character is decorated according to the pints of each different field (S257), and a character obtained by making the acquired coupons to be carrying items is generated (S258) and is transmitted to the portable terminal from the server (S259 and S205). |
