PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a period of time needed from a product manufacturing request to its delivery. SOLUTION: A business supporting device 100 receives information including the number of ordered devices from a portable terminal device 200 through a communication network 300 and transmits manufacturing request information obtained by attaching transmission time and a contract number to the received information to a manufacturing supporting device 400, and the manufacturing supporting device 400 stores manufacturing request information in each different time period by referring to the transmission time of the transmitted manufacturing request information, also calculates and stores the total number of devices subjected to a manufacturing request in each different time period, respectively performs operation control of a plurality of manufacturing facilities A500a and B500b with an operation control form obtained by considering the total number of devices subjected to a manufacturing request in each different time period and the respective maximum production capacities of the plurality of manufacturing facilities A500a and B500b for manufacturing the same products to be able to shorten the period of time from a parts request to a delivery period. |
