PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wake-up call service system that can surely wake up users and to provide its processing method and its program. SOLUTION: The wake-up call service system of this invention is configured by connecting a user terminal 1 and a service provider server 2 via the Internet 100 and connecting the service provider server 2 and a mobile phone 3 via a Public Switched Telephone Network(PSTN) 200. The user transmits schedule information and the scheduled wake-up time information generated by using a schedule management software program to the service provider server 2. The service provider server 2 makes a call to the mobile phone 3 of the user via the Public Switched Telephone Network(PSTN) 200 at a designated date and time on the basis of the schedule information sent from the user terminal 1. In this case, since the service provider server 2 distributes the schedule information of a current day together with the wake-up call in voice, the user can surely be waked up. |
