PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a smell from a portable telephone effectively delivered under the nose of the phone-carrying person. SOLUTION: When, in step S470, a telephone number of the opposite party is detected based on signals brought via a radio communication circuit part, in step S530, the telephone number is set in a telephone number register TN, and when, in step S540, it is determined that the set telephone number is stored in a telephone number area TE of a smell response method table part TB, step S550 follows. Smell data is read from the smell response method table part TB and a solenoid valve corresponding to the read smell data is opened, and therefore a compressed air tank feeds a blow air into an smell storage tank corresponding to the called smell data, so that the smell storage tank can jet a smell material together with the blow air from a upper opening for the smell.
