PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional solid shape processing method by which parameter values of points projected on a curved surface can be obtained not depending on the type of the curved surface when the points do not accurately get on the curved surface. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional solid shape processing method provides rough parameter values generating means 42 which approximately obtain parameter values on curved surfaces of inputted points by making parametric surfaces into polyhedrons, holding parameter values of end points of each surface, getting surfaces of polyhedrons near inputted points, and getting the parameter values and approximate parameters of points projected on the curved surfaces of inputted points, and also provides rough parameter values control means 43 which make accurate parameter values from the approximate parameter values obtained by the rough parameter values generating means 42.
