PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow freely modifying the number of winding turns of an exciting coil without enlargement of a magnetic yoke and enhance workability and reliability. SOLUTION: A stator base 22 is fixed on a side of an outer circumference of a rotor 18 rotatably supported. A pair of the magnetic yokes 24, 26 penetrates through-holes 40A in bobbins 40. The coils 34, 36 are attached to a pair of the magnetic yokes 24, 26. A pair of the magnetic yokes 24, 26 is fixed to the stator base 22 so as to extend in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the direction of a shaft of the rotor 18. Protrusions on an inner circumference of the stator base 22 are vertically bent and raised perpendicular to a face of the stator base 22. A pair of stator magnetic poles 22A, 22B is provided.
