PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized transformer in which planarity of terminals is ensured. SOLUTION: In the small-sized transformer where surface mounting terminals 12B are plated on terminal parts 12 and 13 formed on the flanges 11B and 11C of a coil bobbin, the terminal 12B comprises a part 12B2 for entangling a lead-out wire having a substantially L-shaped plan view, and a surface mounting part 12B1 being bent while extending in the direction substantially perpendicular to the entangling part 12B2 wherein the mounting part 12B1 is projected from the end face 12A1 of the terminal parts 12, 13 and the entangling part 12B2 is projected from the side face 12A2 of the terminal parts 12, 13.
