摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Provided are a method and device for producing a recycled, laminated fiber board, to which heat resistance is imparted by heating, and in which inside and outside of the fiber are uniformly fastened by application of proper pressure and strength of the fiber is maximized. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) screening waste fiber, beating the fiber by using rotatory mill, adjusting a moisture content of the waste fiber to proper level, transferring the waste fiber to storage tank, supplying waste fiber having suitable thickness in conformity with application, and firstly shaping the waste fiber; (ii) simultaneously transferring the waste fiber to molding frame, loading the fiber in the frame, properly heating the fiber by high frequency heating and thermal infrared heater, transferring the waste fiber together with molding frame to a second molding unit to shape it into laminated fiber board; and (iii) transferring the laminated fiber to a cutting machine by an automatic conveyer and cutting the fiber to size of appropriate standard, and transferring the frame to loaded part of the firstly shaped, laminated fiber board so as to be used again.</p>
