PURPOSE: A wireless communication device is provided to perform a call among many persons by simultaneously inputting and outputting a voice signal to an earphone and the wireless communication device. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmitting unit(13) transmits a voice signal inputted through a device microphone(6) and an earphone microphone(4) to a transmitting and receiving unit(20), and transmits a voice signal of an object inputted from the transmitting and receiving unit(20) to a device speaker(7) and a speaker(5) of an earphone(3). A control unit(10) controls the signal transmitting unit(13) for selectively inputting and outputting the voice signal to one between the earphone(3) and a wireless communication device according to the connection of an earphone jack(12) of the earphone(3), and simultaneously inputting and outputting the voice signal to the earphone(3), the device microphone(6), and the device speaker(7) when a user selects a voice signal simultaneous input and output through a key input unit(11).
