PURPOSE: A prism light guide panel, a method for fabricating the same and a stacking type mold therefor are provided to form concave-convex surfaces of a prism to a surface of a light guide panel, thereby obtaining a surface light source of a high luminance from the light guide panel. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a prism light guide panel includes a stacking alignment and clamping step of aligning a plurality of thin plates with a predetermined inclination angle, a mirror surface processing step of processing end surfaces of the slant thin plates to a plane surface and processing the plane surface to a mirror surface, an assembling step of stacking the thin plates in sequence to form prism concave-convex surfaces at an entire surface of a mold core, and a mold-assembling and injection molding step of assembling the assembled core mold into a mold for carrying out injection molding.
