PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction system by an Internet commodity receipt and a method thereof are provided to furnish a producing fund in advance by issuing a commodity receipt before a predetermined commodity is produced in a company and to return a profit to a consumer by reflecting a prime cost reduction portion being obtained in accordance with a planned production by an advance sale of a commodity to a commodity price. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of commodity providers(30) and a plurality of commodity consumers(40) are combined with a service supplying device(10) through the Internet(20). The service supplying device(10) is combined with a financial institution(50) through a communication network such as the Internet(20) and performs a transfer of a transaction amount of money according as a commodity receipt is sold. The commodity provider(30) allots a price, an amount, a period, etc. of a corresponding commodity before the commodity is produced, and transmits the commodity information to the service supplying device(10) through the Internet(20). The service supplying device(10) supplies the commodity information to the commodity consumer(40), sets a commodity receipt sale priority with respect to the commodity consumer(40) based on a market price being set by the commodity consumer(40), and performs a commodity receipt sale process according to the priority. The service supplying device(10) carries an insurance against a business accident through an insurance company(60).
