PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a means for generating materials for wage management is constructed over an information communication network to make a person and a manager in charge of wage management efficiently cooperate with each other and advice and guidance are given to an enterprise using the system so as to make the enterprise construct an original concept and framework. SOLUTION: An enterprise information register means 11 and a wage information register means 13 use home pages or the like over an information communication network 7 to register various information related to wage decision, which are transmitted from a terminal 3 of the person in charge or a manager terminal 4 of the enterprise, in an enterprise information database 21, a wage information database 22, and a wage list database 23. The manager terminal 4 or the terminal 3 indicates a wage list to be generated after authenticating procedures of an enterprise authenticating means 18. The generated or inputted wage list is registered in the wage list database 23 by a wage information authenticating and register means 14. Registered materials for wage management are simulated by an analysis condition register means 16 and an analysis result browsing means 17 to obtain data for wage management required for decision making, personnel management, etc. |
