PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information registration system capable of solving the problem that a line is occupied for a long time even when sending large volume information such as video information or the like, and providing a service similar to a broadband connection even at a place where a user has gone. SOLUTION: In performing temporary registration of information, an upload terminal authenticates a user who performs registration of the above information, confirms users authority for registration to the contents server and checks the free space in the content server for registration of the above information between the content server.
