PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform type selection for electrical apparatus without making mistakes, on a circuit board mounted on an electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: On the circuit board 1, a plurality of kind selecting contacts 2 is provided. Each contact 2 is set in a nonconducting state. On a sheet member 3, on which names of types are displayed, rubber contacts 6 are arranged. The contacts 6 are selectively arranged according to the types. When the contacts 2 of the circuit board 1 are covered with the rubber contacts 6, by putting the adhesive sheet member 3 on the board 1, and switching the contacts 2 to conducting states from the nonconducting states, a kind is selected from among the combinations of the conducting contacts 2.
