PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a standing board in which a member of inexpensive material can be employed for fixing the standing board and the cost can be reduced, by reducing the labor required for the fixing work. SOLUTION: A cut 2a is make upward from the lower side in a standing board 2, and a cut 4a is made downward from the upper side of a fixing plate 4. The standing board 2 and the fixing plate 4 are combined to intersect each other, by meshing the cuts 2a and 4a thereof. A terminal 5, provided on the standing board 2, is soldered to a mother board 1. Furthermore, the standing board 2 is fixed to the mother board 1 by abutting the fixing plates 4 against the mother board 1 at the opposite sides of the standing board 2.
