PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, when a fuse is thin, discharge of static electricity of a deposited film or a flow of a surge current or the like causes a fuse part to be undesirably operated, resulting in a large capacity decrease caused by the fuse operation other than its intended fuse operation. SOLUTION: The capacitor has a sectional structure of a dielectric film 8 and a deposited electrode 1 being alternately laminated, at least one of a pair of the deposited electrodes 1 opposed to each other with the dielectric film 9 disposed therebetween, is provided with a division margin part 6 to form a plurality of division electrodes, fuse parts 4 and 5 are provided in a plurality of rows of window margin parts 7 and 8 positioned on the side of an electrode lead-out part 3, and all the division margin parts 6 are connected to one of the window margin parts 8 closest to the center of the dielectric film 9. The margin parts 7 and 8 and fuse parts 4 and 5 forming a pair with the deposited electrodes 1 provided thereto are arranged, so as not to be overlapped with the deposited electrodes 1.
