PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic electronic flasher unit capable of preventing operation fault due to drop in insulation impedance of an internal circuit caused by intrusion of water from external environment. SOLUTION: In a circuit block 6, a solar cell 11 for generating a voltage according to the brightness of the external light and a MOSFET 12 turned on and off by the voltage generated by the solar cell 11 are mounted on the front side of a printed circuit board 10, a voltage control circuit for controlling the voltage generated by the solar cell 11 is composed of a resistor 13 and a capacitor 14 of surface-mounted components and mounted on the back side of the circuit board 10, and the resistor 13 and the capacitor 14 are sealed with a sealing material 15, so that the intrusion of water from the outside environment can be prevented and thus the operation fault due to the drop in insulation impedance of the voltage control circuit can be prevented.
