PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wobble signal reproducing device and an optical disk apparatus which can deal with a high-speed recording, in which a wobble signal is reproduced properly by reducing the effect of a disk eccentric component. SOLUTION: In the front stage of an operational amplifier 36 which outputs the level-difference between first output signals AIN and DIN and second output signals BIN and CIN, clamp circuits 34A-34D, which mask a signal component at the level greater than the read level component included in the first and the second output signals, and high-pass filters 44A-44D, which have a cut-off frequency higher than the eccentric frequency and lower than the wobble frequency, are provided, thereby the eccentric level is reduced and the output gain of the operational amplifier 36 can be increased. Thus, the wobble signal is reproduced with a high quality.
