PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a signal light to reduce the possibility of causing a traffic accident. SOLUTION: This signal has a support base 1 that can be moved and installed in a prescribed installation place, a post 2 erected on the support base 1, a projecting arm 3 extending in the lateral direction from the upper side of the post 2, a signal light 4 mounted on the tip side of the projecting arm 3, and a signal light control part 5 for controlling the signal light 4. A green display part 41, a yellow display part 42 and a red display part 43 are provided in a line to provide the signal light 4, and a position changing mechanism is provided for freely changing the height of the signal light 4 and a lateral projecting state from the support base 1.
