PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an exhaust manifold is provided to assemble a pipe with a flange firmly without welding by forming beads in the pipe, and to lengthen a life span by preventing aging and vibration with improving sealing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The flange shape is formed by blanking a stainless steel plate with a press, and a bolt hole and a pipe joint hole are formed by a boring tool or a drill to manufacture a flange(1) for an exhaust manifold. The stainless steel plate is cut by a laser or plasma, and the flange is manufactured by forming the bolt hole and the pipe joint hole with the boring tool or the drill. The exhaust manifold is manufactured by assembling the flange with a pipe(2). Aging is prevented in expanding or contracting by pressing and sticking the end of the pipe to the flange, and the life span is extended by preventing vibration. The pipe is combined with the flange by forming beads in the pipe and inserting the sealer to the pipe.
