At the terminal end of a cylindrical knitting fabric where a front knitting fabric continues to a rear knitting fabric at opposite ends, stitches of the front knitting fabric overlap those of the rear knitting fabric in areas positioned on the right and left outer−most sides of a knitting width and they are welt−seamed, and, in areas between the areas where stitches of the front knitting fabric and the rear knitting fabric are overlapped and welt−seamed, stitches of the front knitting fabric in adjacent areas, and those of the rear knitting fabric in adjacent areas overlap and are welt−seamed each other respectively.
