PURPOSE: A device for transmitting data using a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to apply low-speed data or a special protocol, to be used when general CDMA data call is not used, thereby simultaneously supporting data and a voice. CONSTITUTION: A wire network connector(100) connects a WLL with a general wire device. An input signal analyzer(200) analyzes a signal inputted in the wire device, to decide whether the signal is a voice or DTMF or other signal, and transmits contents and a transmission system of the decided signal. A CDMA signal processor and data distinguisher(300) converts the contents of the inputted signal into a message type of a CDMA network, and receives or transmits the signal. An output signal generator(400) converts the signal received from the CDMA signal processor and data distinguisher(300) into an analog signal, and transmits the analog signal to a wire network.
