PURPOSE: Cover structure for flattening a floor of a vehicle is provided to improve performance and fuel efficiency, and to reduce air resistance by flattening the underbody with minimizing parts without replacement. CONSTITUTION: A muffler(20) is installed in the lower part of a center floor panel, and a center floor cover(50) is installed at both sides of the muffler. The center floor cover having bolt holes(60) is combined with a center floor cover bracket by a bolt. The center floor cover bracket has a wing mounted in the lower part of the center floor panel, a first bending part bent downward, and a second bending bracket including a bolt groove. Fuel efficiency and performance are improved by reducing air resistance and by assembling the center floor cover bracket with the center floor cover through the bolt.
