PURPOSE: Structure for a center floor panel of a vehicle is provided to improve the rigidity, and to protect passengers safely by minimizing deformation of the center floor panel at the offset crush with mounting plural reinforcing brackets in the lower part of the center floor panel. CONSTITUTION: A center floor panel(2) is integrally formed with a front floor panel and a rear floor panel. A tunnel part(2a) is formed in the middle of the center floor panel and protruded with bending inward, and a muffler pipe(4) is passed through the tunnel part. Side sill inner panels(5,6) are integrally formed with both ends of the center floor panel, and side sill outer panels(7,8) are mounted in both ends of the side sill inner panels. Plural reinforcing brackets(21,22,23,24) are arranged in the lower part of the center floor panel to form the closed section. Passengers are protected at a collision by improving the rigidity of the center floor panel.
