摘要 This invention provides a purified polypeptide comprising consecutive amino acids the sequence of which extends from position 242 through position 380 of SEQ ID No:2. This invention also provides a purified polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide having at least 3o, preferably at least 50, more preferably at least 70, most preferably at least 100 consecutive nucleotides from position 1 to position 108 of SEQ ID No:1. This invention further provides a purified polypeptide encoded by a polynucleotide having at least 30, preferably at least 50, more preferably at least 70, even more preferably at least 100, even more preferably at least 150, most preferably at least 200 consecutive nucleotides from position 340 to position 831 of SEQ ID No:1. This invention further provides an isolated polynucleotide comprising consecutive nucleotides having a sequence as set forth in SEQ ID No:1 and homologs or complements thereof, and this invention further provides an isolated polycleotide comprising consecutive nucleotides having a sequence as set forth from position 93 through position 1232 of SEQ ID No:1 and homologs or complements thereof or comprising consecutive nucleotides having a sequence incorporated in a plasmid designated pMLPD-606 Bac1, deposited under ATCC deposit No.PTA-4348, and homologs or complements thereof.
