<p>The inventive method for continuously producing ethyl alcohol consists in yeast fermenting at a reduced pressure of wort made of a sacchariferous or farinacerous row material and continuously removing fermentation products, i.e. carbon dioxide and hydroalconolic vapours. In order to carry out the fermentation, the wort containing dried substances in a quantity equal to or higher than 25 mass percent is used. Said fermentation is carried out in a battery K+1 (K is equal to or higher than 2) of series connected in accordance to wort fermentation-distillation reservoirs by transferring the fermenting wort through said battery and recyrculating a part of partially fermented wort from K-th fermentation-distillation reservoir to the first fermentation-distillation reservoir, thereby providing the accelerated fermentation of the wort without reducing the production of ethyl alcohol and increasing the content of distiller's dried substances.</p> |
