PURPOSE: A structure of a channel of a cam journal of a cylinder head of an engine of a vehicle is provided to reduce number of components and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A channel(15) is formed on a bottom of a cam journal(11) on which an end of a cam shaft(20) and a sealing cap(25) are installed to be piled up, to be connected with an inside of a cylinder head(10). The channel is formed in T-shape with one part formed in a circumferential direction of an inner circumference of the cam journal and the other part perpendicularly formed on a center of the one part.
