摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recovering solvent with low boiling point is provided which improves process efficiency by alternatingly repeating solvent recovery process, solvent desorption process and activated carbon fiber drying process in each rotor sections using a rotor type filter so that it is not required to stop a recovery unit of the carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION: In a method for separating and recovering solvent with low boiling point contained in air using activated carbon fiber, the method for recovering the solvent with low boiling point comprises the processes of recovering solvent from solvent contained air using a cylindrical rotor type filter(1) which is divided into activated carbon fiber built-in three sections and rotated; desorbing the solvent adhered onto the activated carbon fiber using steam; performing drying process after the process of solvent desorption; and alternatingly repeating the above processes in the sections of the rotor type filter(1), wherein the solvent solution is separated into solvent and water by treating condensed solvent solution in an oil-water separation tank(4) after condensing a solvent solution desorbed from the rotor type filter(1) in a condenser(3), the solvent is recovered as the solvent contained air is penetrating from the surface of the rotor type filter(1) to the inner part of the rotor type filter(1), and the solvent is desorbed as the steam is penetrating from the inner part of the rotor type filter(1) to the surface of the rotor type filter(1).
