PURPOSE: A web server device for providing a stock investment game and a service method thereof are provided to offer the money to a prize-winner of a game contest by accumulating the money paid by the members as a prize money. CONSTITUTION: A network communication part(240) communicates a packet with the clients. A storing device(230) stores a member management database(231), a stock account database(232), a gamer database(233), a prize-winner database(234), a homepage database(235), a bulletin database(236) and a contracted stock company database(237). A program storing device(220) stores a log on/off processing module(221), a game request processing module(222), an individual profit ratio game processing module(223), a fund manager selecting game processing module(224), and a fund profit ratio game processing module(225). A CPU(200) executes the software modules stored in the program storing part, processes the packet of the network communication part, and reads and updates the information of the databases.
