PURPOSE: Provided are a color composition which is eco-friendly and does not show toxicity to vegetable, and which can be naturally decomposed after predetermined period, and a method for mass-producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The color composition is produced by the method comprising the steps of (i) horizontally positioning a pad in T-horizontal mixer; (ii) simultaneously introducing white gravel, sand, river rock, shells or garden stone for flowerpot together with natural dye and firstly coating the gravel, sand, river rock, shells or garden stone with the natural dye(the first coating step); and (iii) slantwise positioning a pad at regular intervals from the middle of the mixer and uniformly coloring the surface of the respective composition by friction while the pad is fixed for predetermined period(the second coating step).
