PURPOSE: A method of controlling the aging of a Kimchi storehouse is provided by detecting the weight of materials stored therein by a pressure sensor attached to the bottom thereof and setting an aging temperature and time according to the weight of the detected material. Therefore, change of qualities of food stored therein is prevented and the freshness thereof is maintained for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: The aging in a Kimchi storehouse is controlled by the following process: displaying a present operation of the Kimchi storehouse in a displaying part(13); detecting materials stored therein through a pressure sensor(12); setting a control value of aging according to the weight of the detected materials; aging Kimchi by selectively, repeatedly and alternately running a compressor and a heater according to the set value; and preserving at a storage mode after completion of Kimchi aging.
