<p>To provide an image-recording medium, which can form a high quality image thereon without yellowing (the shift of color tone) or the blotting of the ink with both the dye ink and the pigment ink. An image-recording medium having a support having breathing micropores, the surfaces and the micropores of which are made hydrophilic, and an ink-receptive layer which is provided on the surface of the support and comprises a binder and a coagulant, characterized in that the ink-receptive layer contains a cationic organic oligomer having a cationic functional group in the molecule, or a cationic polymer having a cationic functional group in the molecule as a coagulant.</p> |
