PURPOSE: A process for preparing a ready-to-eat liquid food product is provided by cooking rice, making a bowl of soup such as beef soup, freeze drying, grinding it separately and then mixing. Therefore, the food product can be eaten by merely pouring in hot water or heating inside a micro-wave oven. CONSTITUTION: Beef and radish are mixed with garlic, ginger, red pepper, green onion, etc. and then heated at about 100deg.C for 20min to produce beef soup, which is freeze dried, ground and mixed with cooked rice, which is ground after freeze drying, followed by sterilizing.
