PURPOSE: A method for providing the specific information on the Internet and the method for sharing the same with a user are provided to make the user easily use the high grade specialized information by applying the method for indirectly paying a charge of the charged information through the third man. CONSTITUTION: A contract for using the specified VAN(Value Added Network) is made with a businessman of a system related to an individually charged ASP(Application Service Provider) and a site of the information related to the system. The information analyzing or recombining a value chain of the information to be provided is remodeled according to the user's needs. The remodeled information is integrated to one specific site and is provided to the user by receiving a use fare integrated to an entrance fare concept. The payment of the information used by the user is provided by making the user use an off-line e-shop opened by an information providing company.
