FREEZING DEVICE FOR REFRIGERATION IN HIGH TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTIVE MICROWAVE FILTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A freezing device for refrigeration in a high temperature superconductive microwave filter system is provided to install a noise surge filter and a noise filter, in order to prevent noise from being transmitted to a freezing unit for refrigerating the high temperature superconductive microwave filter system, thereby maintaining characteristics of a microwave filter. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature superconductive microwave filter system comprises as follows. A freezer(17) freezes the high temperature superconductive microwave filter system at set temperature. A freezer driving circuit(13) is controlled by a control signal generated according to a detection signal in accordance with the temperature of the freezer(17), and supplies a driving power of the freezer(17) to maintain the set temperature. A noise surge filter(25) prevents noise output from the freezer driving circuit(13) from being transmitted to the freezer(17). A DC power supplier(9) has a noise filter(26). The noise filter(26) prevents the noise from being transmitted to an AC power side for supplying power to the DC power supplier(9).
