A method for attaching a closure sleeve to a hose connected to a medicinal container, involves alteration of the cross sectional shape of a loosely mountable sleeve in such a way that it is reliably attached to the open hose by friction forces. An Independent claim is also included for a medicinal container with a hose, which is closable through the use of a sleeve.
