PURPOSE: A system for managing the growth and the development of a child is provided to make the parents and the nursery schools easily manage the growth and the development of the child. CONSTITUTION: A height measurer(10) automatically measures the height and the weight of the child. A portable personal information card(20) is recorded with the information about a specific child. A controller(30) is installed in the height measurer. The controller has a blinker, a speaker, a display for displaying the height, the weight, and the portliness about the child, a card reader reading the personal information card, plural manual control keys, and the function keys. A main computer(40) is connected to the controller through the Internet. The main computer receives a measurement value from the controller and manages a growth and development state of the child for a specific span of the time by using a specific management program. |
