A hot water boiler comprises a water jacket 3 for central heating water, surrounding a firebox 2, in which is situated a cylindrical water jacket 4 surrounding a combustion chamber for liquid or gaseous fuel firing, and other water heating pipes 5, all of which are interconnected. The heated water then rises through domeshaped collector 7 and detachable inlet tube 8 to heat tap water in the helical single pipe coil 9, flowing in counterflow to the heated boiler water.
