The light waveguide plug connector arrangement has an un-sleeved optical fiber and a plug casing (3) attached to one fiber end. The plug casing has at least two parts (3a,3b) for attachment to each other, between which the un--sleeved fiber is fixed by a clamp seat. The plug casing components are connected to each other irreversibly ands movably by flexible straps (6).
