METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING CRYSTAL OF REMAINS

PURPOSE: A crystal manufacturing method of remains and a device thereof are provided to promote cremation by manufacturing the crystal with heating and melting ashes and mineral mixture, and to make the best use of the land by reducing the area of a graveyard. CONSTITUTION: Powdered bones of 50 wt% to 90 wt% from a dead body and mineral mixture of 10 wt% to 50 wt% are mixed, and the mixture of ashes and minerals is kneaded. The kneaded material is heated and molten at temperatures of 1500 - 3500 deg.C. Heated and molten material is dropped in a crystal passage member, and the spherical crystal is manufactured. The spherical crystal is heated at the temperature of 400 deg.C for 1 to 2 hours. Cremation is promoted, and the land is used efficiently by putting ashes in the urn with manufacturing the crystal of powdered bones.
